LOCATION: Susquehanna River Gutt Rd access below Bruners Island (Tentitive)
Object: Clean Up of the Susquehanna River Banks of Floating Debris and Flotsam.
WHO IS INVITED: Everyone is invited and encouraged to attend. This a is a fun day for the entire family. Not only will you get excersize, but make a difference as well.
FOLKS, Last year I organized a clean up of this area after noticing a large amount of debris and garbage along the banks of the River that I spend so much time.
I put out the word and so many GREAT people responded. It was quite apparent that a small group of people can make a difference. In one day we filled 2 large dumpsters with trash and only did a portion of the area that we wanted to take care of.
This year I am hoping to impact a larger area, and in time see a litter free River Bank. I AM CALLING ON EVERYONE TO HELP. WE ALL CAN HELP MAKE A DIFFERENCE!!
